Dark Roast
We use a Central American coffee for our French style roast. This dark roast has strong chocolate notes with dried fruit sweetness and hints of spice. We roast it dark to caramelize the sugars and add body and smoothness to the cup.
Cupping Notes: Bitter Chocolate, Black Pepper, Raisin
Taste: This high-quality South American coffee is rich and mild with a smooth finish.

All coffee orders will be roasted and shipped by the 20th of the month. Orders must be received by the 15th of the month to be shipped the same month. Orders after that date will be held until the following month.
