Light Roast

This roast is perfect for those who prefer the high acidity associated with lighter roasts. This is our lightest roast color, and its bright acidity lingers on the tongue and palate.

Cupping Notes: Citrus, Lemonade, Hops

Taste: Bright, lively acidity accompanied by a mild, rich flavor.

Story: Our Colombian coffee comes from a family-owned farm near Medellín, Colombia. These producers pick and process their own coffee cherries and dry the beans on elevated tables inside solar dryers that provide protection from the rain.

All coffee orders will be roasted and shipped by the 20th of the month. Orders must be received by the 15th of the month to be shipped the same month.  Orders after that date will be held until the following month.
